Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest and track your order later with your email and order number.
What materials do you print in?
Mostly PLA, PETG and silk PLA. PLA is perfect for toys and decor, PETG is tougher for planters and gadgets that get handled a lot, and silk gives a glossy finish. Every product page lists the material it comes in.
Will I get a GST bill?
Yes — every order comes with a proper GST invoice. Add your GSTIN at checkout and it’s included on the bill, emailed on confirmation and available to download any time.
Can I pick the colour?
Yes — most products come in a range of colours, so just choose your favourite on the product page before adding to cart. Fancy a shade that isn’t listed? Send us an enquiry and we’ll see what we can do.
Where do you deliver and how long does it take?
All across India, usually 3–6 days — metros are quicker, remote areas take a little longer. See delivery information.
Can you make a custom design?
Often, yes — send us an enquiry with your idea, colour and quantity, and we’ll tell you if we can print it and what it’ll cost.
What if my order arrives wrong or damaged?
