Orders & pricing
- Prices are shown in INR and are inclusive of GST; your invoice shows the CGST/SGST/IGST breakdown.
- Per-pack rates depend on the pack size you choose; the applicable rate is confirmed at checkout.
- We may correct obvious pricing errors; if a price was clearly wrong we’ll contact you before dispatch.
- An order is confirmed once payment is successful and you receive a confirmation.
Payment
Payments are handled securely by our payment partner (Razorpay). We don’t store your card or bank details.
GST invoice
Every confirmed order is issued a GST tax invoice with the details you provide. Please make sure your GSTIN and address are correct — invoices are legal records and cannot be edited after issue; corrections are handled via a credit note.
Delivery
We deliver across India; timelines and charges are shown at checkout. See delivery information. Delivery estimates are indicative, not guaranteed.
Returns
Returns, replacements and refunds are covered in our Returns & Refunds policy. Custom-printed and used stock cannot normally be returned unless faulty.
Acceptable use
Please don’t misuse the site (e.g. automated scraping, attempting to access other customers’ orders, or interfering with the service). We may suspend access for misuse.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
