123DStore (“we”, “us”), based in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. We are the data fiduciary for the personal data you share with us.

• Contact + delivery details: name, email, phone, shipping address, pincode.
• Business details: GSTIN (if you provide one for a GST invoice).
• Order information: what you ordered, amounts, and your order history.
• Payment is processed by our payment partner (Razorpay); we do not store your card or bank details.
• Basic technical data (e.g. IP address) used only to keep the service secure and rate-limited.

Why we use it

• To process and deliver your orders and issue a correct GST invoice.
• To let you track an order and contact you about it.
• To respond to your enquiries and provide support.
• To meet our legal and tax obligations (invoices are retained as required by law).

Where it’s stored

Your data is stored on servers in India (ap-south-1). We use it only for the purposes above and do not sell it.

Your rights
